I agree with you all those that are truly tired of all the people causing problems and drama for others, and I for one am tired of being invited over to someone's house with no strings attached(supposedly) and then get talked about behind my back. This person more or less stabbed me in the back when she went behind my back and talked about me to some of my friends. True, this person and I have had our fallings out, but I still remained friends with her, and as of now, I no longer consider her my friend. Actually, I don't know how her spouse puts up with her. The main reason I went to see them was b/c of him, he is a true friend. I was there one weekend and she made a remark to me about "if I wanted to be in the 'clique' with the others in the room, for me to go ahead and do it." Well, needless to say, I went and got my things together and I walked out the door. I asked a friend to have the hubby to come out and I talked to him and told him what had happened, and he told me, it was his house and I was welcomed there anytime I wanted to go, and that the way she did me that day really pissed him off. By the way, everytime I was invited over, I asked if there was anything I could take and I was told NO.
Anyway, I'm a firm believer in everything happens for a reason, and this time I shall listen to my innerself and stay away from trouble makers, I don't need the drama in my life, for my does enough of that for me.
To all others that continue to have parties, if ya'll want me there, just let me know and I'll do better in the future on making plans to go to them.
